Stretch effect

Stretching has the effects of increasing flexibility, preventing injuries, relieving fatigue, and relaxing. If you look at your body, your body and mind are so connected that your mental condition is washed away. When the tension in the body is released, the tension in the mind is also released. Even if the anxiety and stress itself cannot be eliminated, the burden on the mind can be lightened simply by reducing the tension in the body.
